Who We Are
Soutre takes its name from the idea of a thread — the connecting thread between people, opportunity, and community. We exist to help residents of Brent and the surrounding areas, particularly those facing barriers of language, income, education, health or isolation, find their own direction and shape their future.

Like a single thread woven into something stronger, we believe individual potential — when given the right support, guidance and connection — can grow into real direction and lasting change. Our Mission
We’re a Community Interest Company working across four connected areas: helping people build skills, confidence and direction through education and mentoring; supporting health and wellbeing through community sport and healthy living; relieving hardship by helping people access the support and entitlements they’re owed; and bringing people together through inclusive community events that reduce isolation and build belonging.
Everything we do is rooted in one belief: that potential exists everywhere, and it deserves direction.
